Don't worry, as long as you have bank statements and paperwork we can set up your business accounts. We understand running your own business can be very time consuming and completing paperwork can be the last thing that you want to do.


What types of clients do you work with?

We provide services to a wide range of organizations, including small and medium size businesses, non-profits, professionals, and first nations.

We also provide services to individuals, including self-employed individuals.


What areas do you service?

We provide virtual bookkeeping and tax services anywhere in British Columbia. We are located on Vancouver Island in the Cowichan Valley and provide in person services on a limited basis to clients on the island ranging between Victoria and Nanaimo.


What bookkeeping software do you use?

We use a range of different bookkeeping software.  Which one will depend on your individual business needs.  The majority of our clients use either QuickBooks Online or Xero. Your needs may differ.  We have experience with a number of other programs, including Quickbooks Desktop, Sage Online, Sage Desktop and specialized industry specific software.


What tax software do you use?

For taxes, we use EFILE certified tax preparation software. EFILE "certified" tax preparation software means that the developer of the tax preparation software has gone through a process with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to verify that their product is compatible with the CRA EFILE electronic tax filing service.
